Congratulations to all selected in BIS now i want to request you guys for not to attend iocl interviews since you already have a job better than what iocl can offer. If you will attend you might have two but someone else will be left with none. So think about it and why i am saying BIS is better than iocl because you will have five day week, no shift duty, delhi location trust me you won't get any of the three in a refinery.
