In the morning, I spoke with Sharad Mishra sir (9818155949). He was the highest scorer of GD last year (11.25/20). Before calling him, I was very much tensed since I haven't faced any exam GD-PI in recent time and that too in this sector (banking/insurance) but just after 2 mins of talk with him, he brought me in the comfort zone and boosted my confidence. He explained his experience of GD-PI in detail along with most importantly do's n don'ts for both GD as well as PI. I got goosebumps when he was telling the answers of the question asked to him. Really simple and talented person, who wants to help as many people as he can with a small fees of Sweets after your selection. He is really a great mentor. Call him in case you need any help.

Hi guys, little bit late to join discussion... Just talked to Sharadji (as most of you have already done)... I felt like many quotes about humanity which I have read till now converged in him. It is not just about GIC interview but it's about "SEVABHAV"(the help to needy) which he talked. The world where knowledge is packed and sold in AIR-CONDITIONED rooms he spreads it just over the phone. Please talk with him (if any of you hesitant to talk).When I was talking just felt like Nelson Mandela was saying his personality only....
