Please try and keep your nerves in control. I know it's difficult, I've been through the same process, but in your life as a manager, pressures will be many and you will have to master your nerves.
Mails are being sent in a phased matter, so if you've not got yours yet, just be patient. Keep checking your SPAM folders in case the mail ends up there.
A link will appear on the website soon through which you will be able to see your result. We'll let you know when it becomes active, but till then, you just have to be patient and wait.

1. Calls are being sent phase wise.
2. What i can read from the posts is that it is being sent city wise.
3. May be Goans will be the last to receive. So relax. Call is on it's way.

You'll be surely getting a call, and yes there are people with a similar profile in our batch, so don't worry and prepare well for your GDPI.

1. All depends on your GD/PI performance now.
2. A word of motivation for those who have just cleared the cut offs --> Last year when i had scored 77 percentile and came to know later on that this was the cut off, i was really tensed about my chances of getting through.
3. But honestly speaking once your name has appeared in that list everyone is almost on the same page.
4. Now the important factors would mostly be based on your acads, work ex(GIM has a good mix of fresher and work ex candidates) and above all your performance in GD PI.
5. We have lot many examples in my batch who have converted with a %ile of 77-85.
