@Deepika: Its basically a MBA fair where many b-schools get-together to attract the prospective students.
Your job being a prospective student is to visit the fair go to their desk ask any doubts you have about that particular school.
well MBA tour is much more than that.

i agree with neo. Research is important. But you can maximise the oppertunity even with out doing prior research by using the materials the schools provide you with.
The fair is most beneficial if you want to apply for the next academic term. So who ever wants join next year. Go. Don't miss it.
If you want to apply after gaining credible work ex take your CV along with you. Ask their suggestions on which areas u need to work on. They will tell you. This will definitely help you to understand how you need to proceed and choose opportunities that will help u secure your place in your dream school.

Till the extent i have researched about good coatching institutes in hyderabad. Princeton Review is the best. They are having a demo class tommorow at 12 so it will be good if u attend that and then decide. The no of institue is 23220411.

I am Srini from Hyderabad and started my Prep with OG11 and I want to join this GMAT-HYD group to share our views and Prep methodologies. I am planning to take the exam by April 07. I am finding Verbal bit difficult compared to Quant. So what are your suggestions to me ? Also I went to TIME and Jeeva's recently to join the Training classes for GMAT but after visiting I feel that it is better to prepare on our own(and joining a good forum like this) rather than attending those classes.
Is there any successfull Framework in which in you follow it, you are going to get good score?
Can we limit our Prep Material/Tests to the fixed/standard one's so that we first complete that material rather than searching overwhelmingly (which i do most of the time 8-) )
Apart from OG10/11, what are all the other books one should have to get good score ?
Also How about solving some fixed number of Problems/Questions in this Forum or if we meet somewhere in the weekend to discuss about the issues/Plan of Action realted to
GMAT Prep.

I have more than two years of work experience.
I have started my preparation with the Official Review. Though not gettin much time to study due to office timings but making the most of whatever is available. Can anyone suggest me if it is right to start with Official Review or should i go for some other material.

well..... I hav been a part wid Priceton for some time n found it too cosltly for all that it promises. Just an AC or pretty chairs is all the benfit there. Otherwise - I am aware of a few Faculty getting exchanged wid other Institutes as well like Visu, Jeeva, CF, IMS .... I mena institues do chnage their faculties. Thou i'll agree wid black hole that it is better among the few available in Hyd. It's for us to be disciplined n stay focussed even if we join an Insti..... Amit, Prep also depends on the current level u r on ... hav u taken ur Diag Test?

Do you think that a specialized coaching is necessary for GMAT preparation. I don't have an idea as I have just started my preparation with the Official Review. So far it looks good, but again it will be better if any of you suggest me in this regard. Please help me out..

I mean as u jus mentioned d books n moreover finding the stuff that goes wrong as in y its wrong n finding the ones that u guessed n y ther r right!!!!!!
It's east said than done..... coz i face the same problem.
