Hi Manobhiram,

Please visit MBA.com and please go through the sample questions to understand the test format and the type of questions you may be tested GMAT. This will help you to understand what kind of coaching you may need and can be precise when you speak to the training Institutes. Hope this helps ATB :)

@manobhiram

Hi Manobhiram, we would suggest you to visit your nearest centers, meet the counselors and faculties as well as take demo classes and then take an informed decision based on your evaluation. Manya Abroad - The Princeton Review has 5 centers in Bangalore city which you may evaluate as one of your option and let us know in case you have any questions. All the best 😃

Could anyone suggest if TIME or top one percent by sandeep Gupta are better for GMAT classes. Also I would like to know if there are daily classes for GMAT in any other top institute.

which is better for both Quant and Verbal ?

Hi all. I am looking for Aristotle Prep SC Grail 3rd edition soft copy. Kindly PM me if anyone has it. It would be really helpful.

Hi Pratyay...I think you should visit the Princeton review closest to your place and see what they have to offer. The Sentence correction componenet of the GMAT is often considered difficult by most students , but @ the manya Princeton review, the instruction given to improve the grammar rules has been touted by all as the very best!!

Is mid - December a safe time to appear for GMAT considering Indian B-School admission dates?

@happy_soul, Please let us know the schools you are targeting as it really depends on the schools you are targeting as they have different deadlines.

Hi @Sinha1 . Let us know if you have been able to resolve your confusion. If you are still in the process of getting started with your GMAT preparation, we can assist and guide you in the process.

GMAT 710 (Q51 , V 33 )

Hi Guys , i completed my Gmat , last month and i m quite happy with my score . I m describing my preparation below . Hope it helps .

1) Coaching@Princeton Review :

This program is good for those who want to start the preparation right from the basics . During the course , you ll be taught excellent strategies .  Once you score a decent score in the Princeton mock tests , you ll be qualified for the booster sessions , one-one session to accelerate the performance . In the booster sessions , you ll be asked to take a manhattan test ( included in the course  )  . Once the test is over , you performance ll be reviewed by highly qualified teachers . I found the booster sessions  very helpful . All my mistakes are reviewed with the help of an instructor and strategies to solve difficult questions are explained .Also the instructors take care of the pacing strategies .  You can take any number of manhattan tests and schedule any number of booster sessions .

2) Manhattan Advance quant :

This book has difficult problems . Try finishing all the questions at the end (150 questions ) and keep a timer when practicing . It ll prepare you for any harder questions on GMAT .

3) Official Guide 13 , verbal guide 2 :

Practice official problems for verbal . Also keep a  error log to review in the last week of preparation .

Mock tests taken :

1) Two Princeton tests

2) Six Manhattan tests

GMAT Prep tests 1 and 2 ( free software downloaded from the official gmat website )

GMAT 760 (Q51, V42)

Hi All,

I took the GMAT in August 2014 and scored a 760 (Q51, V42, IR 8, AWA 5.5). I went to Princeton Review, Bangalore for GMAT coaching and would recommend it to anyone looking for GMAT coaching. Princeton offers 10 weeks of classroom coaching after which you can qualify for booster sessions in which you work one-on-one with master trainers who are experts in verbal and quant. While the classroom sessions ensure you are at a 600+ level, the booster sessions take you to 720+ scores. The master trainers analyze your performance in every section and work with you to strengthen them. These one-on-one sessions are extremely valuable and can easily give you a 100 point jump on the GMAT. The personal attention and effort of the master trainers helped me get a 760 on the GMAT. Just after my classroom sessions, i was at a 650 level. The booster sessions took me up another 110 points from there. I would strongly recommend Princeton Review to anyone aiming for a high score on the GMAT especially because of the one-on-one booster sessions.

After going through almost all posts here and hearing feedback from my friends, i have narrowed down to these 3:

IVY GMAT-Sandeep Gupta,

CrackVerbal,

Princeton Review

I gave my GMAT some time back and scored 680(Q 51, V28), without any proper preparation. This time i wish to secure 770+

After going through posts, i found people from CV generally score 720-730. I am aiming for 770+

Keeping this in mind, can you please suggest me some good institute for GMAT?

I want proper coaching for Verbal (V 28 is too low right !), Maths is doable for my case.

Thanks

Hi All, can any one provide some feedback about crack verbal class room coaching in Bangalore for GMAT ? I am planning to attend their demo class today.
