My explanation for (D). Stimulus says that Prediction = For result to occur action is NECESSARY
So action is performed and result occurs ==> Prediction is correct and action is effective.
Conclusion is that the result can be interpreted in other ways as well.
==> May be the occurrence of result does not depend on the action and the result had to happen irrespective of action. Means Action is not effective + Prediction is incorrect = Still result occurs
