I am just copying this question as other 2 were pretty simple.
Water and resource management problems will be at the head of the legislature's list of concerns for the coming session.
(A) Water and resource management problems : This changes the meaning.Water is not in the list, its management of water.
(B) Problems of managing water and resources : same as A
(C) Problems in the management of water and other resources
(D) Problems of water and other resource management :Wrong meaning.
(E) Resource management problems, including water :Wrong meaning.

POE gives C as answer.. "Problems in" is correct than "Problems of"
However I feel it misses one "of" in the statement.
It should be:
(C) Problems in the management of water and (of) other resources

Is the expression 'making do' right? (options D & E) I eliminated in the first go.. But that seems to be OA 😞

Had option A been "...power to" instead of "power to likely" it would have been correct... Correct option should be D

I think "many" should be the one.

Because it looks like dioxins could be numbered.. say '10 different dioxins to which americans where exposed'.

The problem is with it. It refers to building. So incorrect. A,B are out.
in C them is incorrect.

"make do" and "making do" are idiotic sounding, but valid idioms. Contextually it means "doing without".

When yo encounter "making do" think/replace with "doing without" and see if that makes sense.

I would go with D, as D completes the sentence in its meaning and is also grammatically corrected.

A, could be a possibility so have to hold on to it
B, changes meaning and diction aint right
C, meaning changes
D, could be a possibility so hold on to it
E, changes meaning and doesnt sound right

Leaves us with A and D, out of these 2 D conveys a clear picture of the sentence.

Which is until now presidents did not mix private life with public life, and the press supported this cuz the americans judged their presidents without receiving any intimate information about the prez.
