What will be the eligibility criteria for the achievers round this year?

The current batch of the Big Data Analytics programme has achieved 100% placements already. The highest compensation for the final-year placements stands at INR 40.2 LPA, and for the summer internship, it is INR 6 lakhs for five months.

Anyone who wants to apply for GIM’s full-time PGDM programmes can do so via the Achiever’s Round. In this case, the candidate must submit distinguished academic and career achievement proofs.
Also, the following criteria must be met for eligibility:

Minimum 50% aggregate in Bachelor’s Degree. Candidates who will complete all requirements for the degree by June 6, 2023, may also apply. Candidates in their last year of degree should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for the SC/ST category) in the latest examination.

Must have taken/ appeared for any one of the following:
XAT 2023
CAT 2022
GMAT taken between 1st January 2021 to 31st January 2023
CMAT 2023

can i apply with CMAT 2021 scores?
I am a fresher BE Grad. I will be giving CMAT23.Will it be difficult to get admission in GIM Goa(Regular Round) with average acads(86/67/67) and say a good CMAT percentile 80-95+?Will my low scores affect during PI?

Kindly note that CMAT 2021 is not among the exams that will be considered for admission to the batch of 2023-25.
Here is the list of exams that will be considered:

CAT 2022
GMAT taken between 1st January 2021 to 31st January 2023

Personal interviews act like an essential selection element with extremely high value in the final composite score. As a result, it is imperative to thoroughly prepare for the personal interview to convert the admission call.
In general, while considering a candidate’s fitness for an MBA, all MBA interview panels analyse the following evaluation criteria:
Communication Skills: tone, volume and pace
Content quality
Clarity of thought
Confidence level
MBA candidates are evaluated on the above parameters through a series of questions that include:
General MBA HR questions (Why MBA? Why GIM? Which specialisation? etc.)
Behavioural Questions
Extempore
Current events/international news
Academics (from previous degrees/ favourite subjects)
Co-curricular accomplishments (Paper presentations, journal publications and any other academics-related contests outside of regular school and college work)
Extra-curricular accomplishments (Achievements in non-academic pursuits singing, dancing, sports, games, NCC, arts, etc.)
PORs (Official positions of responsibilities held at the secondary, college, and university levels)
Special interest activities (Any extra-curricular pastime pursued as a hobby but without accomplishments – reading, writing, sports, games, singing, dancing, painting, trekking, photography, short-film making, etc.)
To ace the interview at GIM, the candidate is expected to prepare all of the points mentioned above.
