Dear GIMites,
The joining date for PGDM-Core is 17/06/2022 and that for PGDM-BDA, PGDM-BIFS, and PGDM-HCM is 24/06/2022. The registration process will take place on the mentioned dates at 10:00 AM on campus. Since a physical signature is mandatory, it is necessary for everyone to be on campus.
Hostel rooms will be allocated on 16/06/2022 and 23/06/2022 respectively. Students should make travel arrangements to reach the campus on 16/06/2022 and 23/06/2022, as per your programme.
Students who have already booked their tickets as per the previous timelines and will reach the campus on 16/06/2022 will be provided with hostel accommodation. Also, keeping in mind the dynamics of the COVID-19 situation, students are hereby advised to book flexible and refundable tickets.

I got the admission letter. My doubt is does the hostel fee and mess fee are seperate. If yes can provide some info about that.

Can you specify roughly how much it would be? I am calculating my total expenses for next two years over there.
Also i got the acess scholarship mail. Will I be getting any official letter for that ?

Mess charges for vegetarian menu is ₹6000 (approx.) and for non-vegetarian menu is ₹7000 (approx.)
Kindly note that these charges vary from time to time.
Regarding scholarship, further information regarding the procedure will be shared later.

@btrishit Till when the movement of waitlist continues to happen ? Is there generally a last date for movement of the waitlist ?
Has the movement of waitlist started yet?
I got a waitlist number 157 in PGDM (Core). Is there a possibility for me to convert the waitlist?
i am also in the waitlist
From my understanding, we can expect maximum waitlist movement when result for IIM CAP is declared (tentative date is around 15 may). Anyway with 157 waitlist,
i will be more optimistic for conversion but obviously many factors are responsible for movement in waitlist.
@btrishit I have received an offer and been asked to pay by 9th May. Can you please share the date by which I can withdraw Admission and still be eligible for refund with just 1k deduction?
