Dear Aspirants,
Emails for WAT/GD/PI slot booking have been sent to the eligible candidates of all the programmes who applied through CMAT. Candidates need to book their slots before 10 AM on 13th May 2022.
WAT is scheduled on 15th May 2022. Candidates can give it anytime between 9am to 5pm. GD & PI will be conducted on the same day and can be scheduled on 16th or 17th, as per your preference.
Please refer to the email for the complete details. You are advised to check all the folders of your registered email inboxes, including promotions, social, spam, etc.

Hi @btrishit I would like to know the cut off date for re-fund after paying 3L on or before May25th and 3L on or before June 6th. Will I be refunded the 6L in total which i pay before june 6th.

Refund will be processed after the admission cycle is concluded. ₹1000 will be deducted towards application processing charges and the remaining amount will be refunded. Kindly refer to the latest AICTE circular for last date of application withdrawal and other details.

This is to inform you that as of now there are no official WhatsApp groups for the Batch of 2022-24. In case you are a part of any of the groups on WhatsApp, those are the unofficial groups and the information conveyed through those groups is not verified or approved by either the college administration or us i.e., Team AdCom.
All necessary and official information will reach you either from the college via email or through Team AdCom. Do not believe any other sources. Also, students are advised not to use the GIM logo as the group icon for informal groups in order to avoid any miscommunication.

Hi @btrishit , I am selected for PGDM Core for which the programme commencement date is 24th June, and Registration Date is 17th June. It is mentioned in the Admission letter that Hostel rooms would be available a day before Registration date. So does that mean I can stay on campus after registration from 17th to 24th?

Hostel rooms for the students of core programme will be allocated on 16th June. Once allocated, you will be allowed to stay in your hostel room thereafter.

Is it possible to convert gim at waitlist 654 initially ?
Hi Adcom. Its urgent. I received the mail for selecting the slot for GD-PI. Unfortunately, I checked the mail one day later, and when I saw, and tried to book a slot, it said slot booking has already ended. Is there anything which can be done ? Kindly tell, I want to appear for the process.

The waitlist criteria and the number allotted this year is different from last year’s. In the previous year, interested candidates had to make a payment to be allotted a waitlist number but this year all the candidates have been allotted a waitlist number. Thereby, last year’s trends and movement won’t give a correct picture. You are advised to wait for the waitlist to move and check the helpdesk for updates.

Unfortunately GD/PI slot booking has closed. It’s no longer possible to schedule a slot. However you can email your concern to [email protected] and request for reconsideration. Kindly note that the decision taken by admissions office has to be deemed final.
