I work at BNY Mellon currently but I am on the payroll of Randstad .i.e. my salary slips and offer letter have Randstad metioned on them. My offer letter does have BNY Mellon mentioned as my Client Name. My Query is What do I put in as my employer name. If I have put BNY Mellon will it raise any problems?

We are a bunch of students pursuing MBA from some of top 5 IIMs with diverse academic and professional backgrounds. As many MBA entrance exams such as NMAT, SNAP, XAT etc are still left. So initially will be mentoring students with profile based calls from business schools including, but not restricted to, Great Lakes Institute of Management, GIM, BIMTECH, SPJIMR, at a nominal cost of Rs.300. The mentoring sessions will include tips on how to answer HR questions (strengths & weaknesses, Why MBA etc.), crack Group Discussions and much more including mock PIs and GDs.
