Hi, Cat -85% (verbal sucks) 10th-87 12th-73 Btech-9.7/10 ( equivalent to 89.5%) Work exp 40 mnths in a mnc..do I stand any chance or no chance in pgpm because of 12th and not so good overall cat score?

How does the gap between degree and employment field work?? Say I got placed on campus and my college ended during May but my work officially started on September. Am I expected to put 5 months as gap between employment and degree??
