I have a query regarding refund policy Seniors mentioned that 1000 will be held back and rest will be refunded.. also it is safe to withdraw before 10 april But in case the college is unable to fill the seat after i withdraw.. will they still refund the amount ? And will the college first wait for filling all the seats and then process the refund?
