Does GLIM PGPM have a disadvantage in the long run considering the fact that it is not a degree course, it is only a certification program? Do people having degree(PGDM) get preference when they are switching their job?

In Annexure 4, it asks for name as in 10th marksheet.I had my name change(very subtle change) after that and have gazzete proof for that. All my other certificat(B.teh,work ex,GLIM application) are in the new name. so, is it fine if i give the updated name and not the same as 10th MS ?
Hi, I have done neft yesterday which is supposed to transferred by bank at end of day today . I have RRN for my transaction but not UTR. Seems UTR will only be generated after the transaction is complete. Can I send the post providing the screenshot of the RRN generated from the bank ?

In the acceptance letter we have to write the UTR number of the transaction and my bank has generated a very long transaction number like NEFT-15charactesAlphaNumericCode-12Digits-TargetAccountName. I'm not sure which part is UTR (most likely has to be 12Digits part in between) but to be on the safe side can I write the 15charactesAlphaNumericCode followed by the 12Digits?
P.S.: I've already received the confirmation of the payment's receipt from GLIM.
