While remmitting first installment in mail current account number is same as application number. Is it okay. Do we have to remit amount on that account number?

2 member in a panel let's say P1 (Institute Professor) and P2 (Working Professional with huge experience in Company A)
I resigned from Company A in Dec'20.
P1 - Greets, and then asks what's interesting in me (ofcourse not in CV)?
Me - Told about the participations in various competitions related to music, quiz at different levels (School, College, Work).
P1 - Not convinced as so many things were there to discuss, asked about anyone thing for discussion.
Me- Opted Music, discussed - What kind of music I like.
P2 - Roles and Responsibilities in Organization I worked for.
Ans - Explained, my different roles with different clients say X,Y, and Z, I worked for.
P2 - Challenges faced while working for X Client?
Me - Explained, P2 cross questioned, where I came to know, P2 is from Company A.
P2 - Why resigned, if you could have taken sabbatical, or other options.
Me - Tried to answer, like I did not take sabbatical as when we sit for the final placements, students are not allowed to sit for a bunch of companies. P1/P2 not convinced, was grilled on this question.
P1- Resignation Questionaire.
Me - Barely managed.
P1 - TCS Centric Questions - Mostly Chairman and other CxO level management names.
Me - Got confused and did blunder.
P1 - Wanted to discuss regarding Client X.
Me - Coud not answer.
P1 - Asked International News and Business News
Me - Spoke of US Elections, India - Iran Chahbar Port.
P1 - Impact of New Govt on International Trade.
Me - Managed to answer
P2 - Why Great Lakes.
Me - Told about AIMLAB, PayPal live project, 1 year program, etc.
P1 - If you have any question?
Me - No
Left Meeting Room.
Takeaways -

3) Current Affairs, Business Awareness is must
4) Get yourself one interesting point to discuss or else ball won't be in your court.
5) Reason for almost everything.

Those who scored less than 95 percentile dont loose hope, you can still get good colleges like IIT's. Like go for IIT Roorkee, you have good chance there.
