For people who have already been through this online test environment will know it's quite difficult compared to the pen-paper mode!
I suggest everyone to start mentally preparing yourself for the online test environment π This is very important.
Because in pen-paper mode, you've to focus only on the paper, u cud draw diagrams near the question and such things! In online, it's really straining to the eyes.. And it's a lot time consuming too.. But with practice this can be corrected π So try question papers online along with your preparation from standard text books! Mix up your study pattern π
I took CAT two days back and felt it very straining to the eyes sitting there for two and a half hours! Trust me, it's 10 times more straining than watching a two and a half hour movie !! And it affects your performance towards the end..
P.S: Keep the screen brightness as minimum as possible.. :)
Anyone from computer science who had given HAL exam last year, please tell about the difficulty level of HAL exam, is it of gate level and what is the weigtage of engineering maths? please tell..
@anirban.xcd Bhai! I've read almost all your helpful posts and pretty much got the hang of the preparation for the exam! Sirf ek chotti si clarification hai! π since you took the exam last year, am sure you will be able to give a better insight on this!
1.Out of the 40 questions in the aptitude section, are questions on english and reasoning equally divided, that is, is it like 20 from english and 20 from reasoning?!
2. And, in the reasoning section, do we get question from verbal/non verbal reasoning alone or is it a mix of numerical aptitude and reasoning?!
