At least Maths covered 35 to 40 percent of the Technical Paper...
I can't really say mate....I believe these HAL people are using CAT like process for normalizing the scores across different papers.... So, irrespective of the difficulty level of the papers, our scores will be normalized and the top students will be called for interviews based on the number of Vacancies....
So....I cannot and do not want to think about the score at the moment....and of course i didn't really do well... Due to too many maths questions...let's wait for Dec 4th...
even if u clear written exam it won't help u to get recruit....
in interview they are giving preference to gate qualified persons irrespective of their written score.......so guys if ur gate qualified then only u have more chances of getting recruited
@anjali_sng ya its no where mentioned but... qualifying gate is not compulsory but it is an advantage.... even in news channel it was said by hal people............
am not saying dat if u dont qualify u will not get seat but it wud become tougher for dose...
if u dont qualify gate exam then u will have veryyyyy...minute chance of getting selected
GATE is in feb mate, and a person scored good will not be waiting at the end of year to give GATE again? .... and it doesn't matter if you are good you'll be selected.....

I think scoring good in written exam is a big advantage....... Coz they have separate marking for written and interview.....
Okkkk...... you might be right...If its true then it is very unfortunate, specially in the land where so many unemployed fighting for their glory.......
