Ok, enough of hectic work, heavy workload and dumbsh*ts you guys are talking about. You are just spoiling new minds even before entering into the field. They may or may not be this kinda workload but know that this kind of work was setup by dumbheads who didn't want to work and just concerned with salary. Why govt is recruiting young guys instead of those old dumbf*cks they used to. Because they have some hope from young blood and you guys are having this kinda mindset from starting (?? ). Then how are you different from those diploma guys who are currently at SDO position at their 50s. If you want to change the system, theb start from yourself. Dont blame things ask yourself are you capable of fight, did you try to change things. Obviously there could be things which can not be changed like some people who will also take this post in funny way and joke around, they are exactly like those dumbheads.
