A family of eight persons – P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W – are sitting around a circular table, facing the centre but not necessarily in the same order. The following information is known about their seating arrangement.

The box at the bottom of arrangement is numbered 1, the above box is numbered 2 and so on. Box V does not contain Guava. Q is immediately above T. The box which contains the Mango is immediately below P. Only one box is between the Guava box and U. V is immediately above the Plum box. More than two boxes are above the box that contains Guava. Only two boxes are between the Apple box and the box that contains Oranges. Only two boxes are between the box which contains the yellow-colour fruit(not Banana) and the box which contains Guava. The box filled with Banana is neither at the top nor at the bottom of the arrangement. Only one box is between Q and the box which one is filled with Apples. Q is placed above the Apple box. R is placed immediately above U. Neither R nor V contains Mango.

Six people – Madhu, Vanaja, Mohan, Usha, Pankaj and Ujwala – attended a written test of three papers viz., Maths, Science and English conducted by a consultancy for “The Hindu” and “Hindustan Pvt Ltd”. The ranks are given according to their performance. (The best performance is tributed with the 1st rank and the worst performance with the last rank).
The persons who got any of the first three ranks either in Maths or Science are selected for “Hindustan Pvt Ltd” and those who got any of the first three ranks in English are selected for “THE HINDU”.
1. The rank of a person in any two papers is not the same and no two persons got the same rank in any paper.
2. The best performer in any paper is not the worst performer in other paper and in any paper more than two persons didn’t perform better than Vanaja.
3. Mohan and Usha got the second and the fourth rank respectively in Science. Mohan got first rank in Maths and Madhu’s ranks in Maths and Science are same as that of Usha in Science and Maths respectively.
4. Pankaj and Ujwala are the only persons who are not selected in the “Hindustan Pvt Ltd”.

No two people in the same row follow the same profession. The middle row is facing north and the first and the third rows face south. Take all directions according to the rows directions.
