                                        DOUBT CLARIFICATION

I"n a punjabi family there are eight members viz. A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H, one day they sits around a circular table for dinner. Additionalinformation is also given that There are three married couples in the family. E is third to the right of B, and exactly two persons sitbetween G and E.       (C is to the right of his grandson.)   F is the son-in-law of D and his daughter is  ( A who sits to the left of her aunt E) ,

who is opposite D. G and E are sisters-in-laws. H is unmarried, while F has no siblings. Each couple has at least one child."

In the bracket part "C is to the right of his grandson" & "A who sits to the left of her aunt E", do we consider immediate positions?

Because from the previous puzzles I solved, my understanding was it could be any position and not necessarily immediate.

But the BAdda team chose both the position as IMMEDIATE (which has confused me). Pls throw some light.

Six friends - U, V. W. X. y. Z meet each other after a long time in a cafe and are sitting around a circular table facing towards the centre of the table. They are of different religions - Hindu, Muslim. Sikh. Christian. Jain and Parsi - and are eating different dishes in the cafe – Dosa, BiryanL Paneer Bhurji. Pizza, Pav Bhaji and Dhan Saak, but not necessarily in the same order. The persons who are Hindu, Sikh and Jain are not eating Dosa or Birvani. The persons who are eating Paneer Bhurji and Pav Bhaji are not Hindu or Sikh. U is not eating Dosa and he is not on the immediate left of the person who is a Christian, The only person who is between Y and Z is a Muslim. The person, who is on the left side of the one who is eating Dosa is not a Parsi. X is a Christian and he is eating Paneer Bhurji. also he is facing the person who is a Muslim, The person who is a Hindu is seated opposite to the person who is eating Dhan Saak. The person who is eating Paneer Bhurji is on the immediate left of the one who is a Jain, The person who is a Parsi is on the immediate right of the person, who eats Dosa but on the immediate left of the person, who is a Sikh. W is not a Sikh and Z is not a Hindu.
