 is it required to use right approach in solving puzzle? approach can differ from person to person.but attempting in right way can save a lot of time.so from where i can get idea of approaching different type puzzles in best way 

Eight teachers P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W are teaching different

subjects viz Electronics, Robotics, Arts, Commerce, Computer, Java,

Mechanics and Painting but not necessarily in the same order. All of

them are sitting around a circular table but not facing the centre.

• W sits third to the right of S. P and R and also their immediate

neighbors do not teach Electronics. Only one teacher sits between T

and the Electronics teacher.

• Java and Arts teachers are immediate neighbor of each other. P is

neither Computer nor Java teacher.

• Only one teacher sits between U and Commerce teacher. U does

not teach either Electronics or Arts.

• P sits third to the left of V. V teaches Robotics. S is not the

immediate neighbor of either P or V. The one who teaches Painting is

an immediate neighbor of S.

• Three teachers sit between V and the Mechanics teacher. W is not

teaching either Electronics or Painting.

 Six players Arun, Kamal, Ram, Varun, Yuvraj and Ajay are playing different types of Sports viz Carom, Chess, Kho-Kho, Tennis, Hockey and Badminton, but not necessarily in the same order. All are wears a T- shirt of different colour – Violet, Green, Blue, Orange, Red and yellow.They use different types of mobiles viz Samsung, Lenovo and Nokia but not necessarily in the same order.Atleast two persons use the same same types of mobiles.  The person who plays Hockey uses Nokia. Ajay uses Nokia and wears Green T-Shirt, but he plays neither Carom nor Kho-Kho. The one plays Tennis uses Samsung. Kamal uses the same types of mobile phone as the person who wears a Violet T-Shirt, but he is not a chess Player. The one who is player of Carom uses Samsung. Varun is a Hockey Player and he wears neither Blue T-shirt nor Yellow T-shirt. Lenovo is used by a chess player, Yuvraj is a tennis player and wears an orange T-Shirt, but he does not use the same mobile phone as Ram. Arun does not wear a Red or Yellow shirt. The players who use Nokia play neither Tennis nor Kho-Kho. The players who wear Orange and Blue T-shirts use the same type of mobile.

  Eight friends—Aman, Bharat, Rohit, Dinesh, Ishant, Farhan,Aditya and Hirender are sitting around a circular table, facing the centre but not necessarily in the same order. Each of them has a different designation, viz Banker, Teacher, Company MD,Politician, Corporate Leader, General Manager, Specialist Officer and CEO. Aman sits third to the right of the CEO. Only two people sit between the CEO and Hirender. The Specialist Officer and the Company MD are immediate neighbours.Neither Aman nor Hirender is either a Specialist Officer or aCompany MD. The Specialist Officer is not an immediate neighbour of the CEO. The Banker sits second to the left of Ishant. Ishant is not an immediate neighbour of Hirender. The Banker is an immediate neighbour of both the Politician and the Corporate Leader. The Corporate Leader sits third to the right of Bharat. Bharat is not a Specialist Officer. Rohit sits on the immediate right of the Teacher. Aman is not a Teacher. Farhan is not an immediate neighbour of Aman. Aditya is not an  immediate neighbour of the Banker.

Hi can anyone please tell me or share materials about the merging method for solving syllogism

  There are six boys – Amit, Bhushan, Dhruv, Manoj, Harsh and Arvind.They want to go out with six girls – Neha, Shruti, Kruti, Chanchal, Sujata and Radhika, not necessarily in the same order. The pairs went to a movie, beach, park, play and two of them went to circus. They like different cars, viz Esteem, Matiz, Santro and Tata. But Esteem and Matiz are preferred by two pairs. Further information is as follows:

 I. Amit and Manoj visit circus but do not like either Esteem or Tata. 

 II. Arvind can’t go out with Sujata. Both of them do not like Santro.

 III.Chanchal and Kruti want to go to movie and park respectively.

 IV.Dhruv goes out with Radhika to beach but does not like either Matiz or Tata.

 V. Bhushan goes for a movie and likes Esteem. VI.Harsh can’t go out either with Neha   or with Shruti and he does not go to a park either in Santro or in Matiz
 

4. K, L, M, N and O are five executives, each having a different specialization. Specialization are P, Q, R, S and T but not necessarily in the same order. Each executive has friendship with a doctor but of different specialization. Doctors are – A, B, C, D and E. Their specialization are – F, G, H, I and J but not necessarily in the same order. Study some additional clues to answer the questions given below__ (I) K’s specialization is T and his friendship is not with A. (II) Amongst executives there are only three females and these females are one who has friendship with C, one whose specialization is P and one who has friendship with the doctor having specialization in I. K and M are males. (III) The female who has specialization in Q has friendship with the person specialized in H. (IV) The person who has specialization in G, has no friendship with the person specialized in R. D is not specialized in G. (V) The person who has friendship with E, is a female but she is not N. (VI) O is not the female who has friendship with the doctor specialized in F. But D is not specialized in F. (VII) L’s specialization is S.
