But board management decided ki is post me kewal iti wale log hi select kiye jayenge.and they rejected their candidature.ab ange hua ye Jo 663 me hua case registered on jk high Court. Court declined there petition and put the ball on board side .aur board to pahle hi decision le liya tha ki nai lenge to nai lenge..ab wahi hua mane hi nahi gaye supreme court.ab picture yanha chalu hoti h again they declined there petition. Aur kaha lower qualification ki job me har samay ye assume nai kiya ja sakta ki WO (mean higher qualifications) eligible ho.waise har samay(always) pe dhyan dena. Ab isme log kah rahe h ki supreme Court ka adesh h ki ab higher education wale log eligible nai honge blaw blaw.but ye misinterpretation h judgment ka.such to ye h ki court ne decision me board ko power di h ki WO Jo chahe kar sakti h.WO is bat pe emphasize kar rahe the ki aap hamesha higher qualifications ko lower qualifications job me eligible nai man sakte bus itna hi .pure judgment me ye kanhi nai likha ki bilkul bhi eligible nai honge. Ab kuch log upsssc ka bhi bol rahe the . Ab suru se hi wanha btech allow nai tha lekin man tha kuch logo ka adventures karne ka aur samay bhi to WO bhi pahunch gaye Allahabad high court .hua yahi ki no room for btech Conclusion The board has the power .agar board chahega tabi hoga kuch .par ab log kahenge ki yanha to pahle se hi btech log recruit hote aye h to To ap sahi ho hoga bhi wahi Jo hota aya h until and unless board na chah le .
