There is a difference about "Total number of attempts" and "Expected Marks". Getting 100% accuracy is not that much easy... I was analysing the previous year examination of clerk mains. Lots of candidates attempted 100+. Few 110+. They were expecting cutoff to be in the range of 90-100. But cut off was between 70-80 in most states. So what lesson we learnt here??? Average number of attempts doesn't matter. What matter is accuracy. From my thinking, cutoff will be "90-100" in most states for general category. Not beyond that. I am fully sure.
