Tot-96 (+/- 6) cutoff will fall in this range for most of the states (90-102)...
Some exceptional are also there..,
high cutoff states (Del,ker,Up,Uk,Har,WB) are likely to be in this range (100-108)
low cutoff states(goa,daman,dadar) will fall in this range (70-80)...
folks this is jst my opinion...
Every1 has their own theory of predicting cutoff...One who believes it will be less...trying to prove it. One who feels it will be high also doing the same...IBPS will surprise everyone (both low+high predictors)

CUTOFF ::: Suppose kisi 100 marks k exam mein total 100 seats ho... jisme se Gen ki 50, obc ki 25, sc ki 15 n st ki 10 ho.... toh 50th ranked gen candidate ko agr 70 marks aae or tb pta lge ki 10 candidates in obc, 5 in sc n 2 in st ko v 70 aa rhe + us candidate ne gen k lye reqd saare crieterias ko fulfill kiya ho toh utne candidates ko gen ki seats mil jaengi... that means ki ab gen waalo k lye (50-10+5+2)=33 seats hi bachi... so ab 33rd rank wale candidate ko agr suppose 74 aaya toh gen ka cutoff yahi ho gya.... or phr jitne v reserved cat k toppers the wo sbhi approx gen ki seats occupy kr lye so nicho walo ko or v low marks aate h so ab obc ki 25th ranked candidate ko suppose 69 aaya toh yahi cutoff ho gya obc k lye... usi tarah se sc k 15th ranked n st k 10th ranked candidate ko 64 n 60 aaya respectively... toh ye sc n st ka cutoff ho gya... isi k karan gen n reserved cat k cutoffs mein kaafi major difference hota h... Aspirants here r highly convinced they will easily get 22-25 marks in english.. irrespective of their attempts. . Some of them r in opinion of getting even 28+ . . Bt by going through their chat conversations ,how they use grammar ,their vocab , I can assure u all none of them is close to even 70% accuracy in english .. stop making fool to others. .
