on April 1st, we get just the Marks or the Result (inc. cutoff)?

(In case)There are 110 seats n 1100 students appeared. (SC category). Is it possible that out of 1100 students, 110 students k 95 se upar ho number clerk mains mein??? Leaving those who will get a seat in Gen category.. Take in account the Number of students and think once before marking. This question is troubling me so much.
