Vacancy of clerk decreased in 2016. Does anyone know why?I analysed with data of only 2 states.Take an example at the time of advertisement in BIHAR 443 gen vacancies were reported but only 398 names were there in the final list. Same was in case of ASSAM 213 gen vacancies were reported but only 175 gen category names in the final list. Does reserved category seats also contribute to the current vacancies? Any info?
