Final analysis from my side: According to the level of questions , vacancies in various states , people's avrage attempt and further considering increased level of competition I concluded that "99.50" will be safe score for GEN category from any state . Thankew . . . . . . . . . ohh sorry one thing i forgot to mention it was out of 100 😂😂 Meri English jyada achhi nahi. To Maf kijiyega. 😆.

According to Clerk VI mains cutoff of varies from 65 to 85 marks average... But Max cutoff hits 88 and minimum cutoff hits 65 in some states except Goa and Arunachal !!! Possibility 1- if cutoff won't go beyond 100 means avg cutoff varies from 80-100 Possibility 2- 75-95 Possibility 3- 70-90 If cutoff cross 100 but am sure it won't cross 105!!! Then add +5 in all possibilities.. Finally cutoff varies from 75 to 95 for all states 70 for Goa and Arunachal 100 +/- for DL... That's it..

I hv conducted a survey to know the views about expected cutoff for Maharashtra gen at GU. . over 350 aspirants responded over there. . as I'm not able to post that screenshot so going to share the vote % of the same. .
Less thn 80 = 22% vote share
80-85 = 26%
86-90 = 24%
91-95 = 15%
95+ = 11%
