Plz clear my doubt ...agar last year ki suppose up me 300 vacancy vacant reh gai to usme se 10% total seat ki mtlb 210 ke aspas waiting list walo ko mil jaegi or baki 90 seat es bar wale me add hongi ya nhi ???
