guys one of my friend got resrerv list and he is 28 now and in next year he will be 29 so if he will allotted to any bank then he will be selected or rejected with that age issue ????
Guys do you support privatisation of banks ?
I was speak to a Bank employee( uCO bank), as I got selected in a bank as clerk and they formed a group on Whatsapp and on casual note they contacted us and thus through this I got his number and started speaking .
He says that most bank employees are protesting against privatisation and meetings are going on .
They fear that if privatisation happens banks will stop all recruitment exams.Banks will not be taking clerks or to be precise no staff below officer grade and these will be hired mostly from IIT and IIMs.
He said that it’s most likely that Governemt will sell maximum of its share and those who are joining now might be promoted to officer or might be removed ( though he’s not sure ). He’s a member of bank union and bank unions are in constant negotiation and also the bipartite is on.
But on a brighter note he said that considering financial inclusion and need for rural economy realisation banks most likely won’t also be privatised and this is their strongest viewpoint to prevent it and they told us that when we join we need to support them to prevent the government from privatising !
He said we are all going to face some turbulent times and told me to be prepared for it !
Man hearing all these I really felt sad !
All these hardwork for a govt job and now this govt will take that away ☹️
I believe privartisation won’t happen because we can’t just neglect the poor right cause no sane private bank will care for them as they’ve only care for profit !
I am beginning to hate this government !
p.s. now don’t know if the bank employee(uCO bank) just scared me or anything but it did made me think twice of whether this govt job will stay in future or not .
