m belongs to sc,and i want to apply from meghalaya. but there r no vacancies for sc candidates in meghalaya. if i still applied der under sc quota,will they consider me under general quota?

Those filling Form from Jammu and kashmir do remember that last time in LPT they asked us Urdu. and Failed those who were not efficient in urdu.

24 are in RL . Unfilled 70 . I'm 0.65 short from provisional cut off and exactly on RL cut off. Assuming I'm 24th candidate what are my chances. ?
