I got selected in Ibps clerk this year. but i took some extention , Now i am going to join. I have a question to ask. I got two posting as option one is city posting which is 9-10 hrs away from home , other one rural posting which is 2.5 hr away from my home. I am going to get 21k in hand. Parents are saying join the rural one , it's near home, you will save more money, work load will be less & you can prepare for other exams too. But office HR is saying join city posting, you will learn a lot, facilites are there. You will like the vibe of the city though it's costly. I don't know what to do. I never lived in village before.

Guys being in Reserve is the worst thing . I myself dunoo I got job or dint get job. Unable to concentrate on upcoming exams. This is seriously a trauma.I want to know ure opinion guys. Plz give ure vote.Im from Telangana general category and I'm in ibps clerk 7 Reserve list. 24 are there in RL . Unfilled are approx around 70 (Andhra bank 46,BoI 10,Bob 7,Indian Bank 3,Union bank 1 ,Obc bank 2). ..Provisional allotment cut off 49.97 out of 100. My score 49.32. and RL cut.off also 49.32.. will I hear some good news on March 31 . ?

I joined the rural branch of bank today as a clerk. It was the worst day ever. I woke up in morning at 5 . took a train at 6 reached that place by 8 after that travlled 6 km without any vehicle to reach branch. All i got was tea. there was no food nothing. Came back by 9 pm. Feeling extremely tired , whole body is aching. head is burning. I try to search the home but nothing is avaialble before 1st nov. I have an important paper on 3rd. I am thinking on going on a medical leave till than. Do you think it's possible. I joined today only. I am sick plus that paper is important. I don't want to screw it. by 3rd nov i will get the room in that village but than this daily up down is must. Someone is saying that they might cancel your candidature as you are in your probation. I don't want to lose this job plese tell me what should i do ? I don't care if my salary get cut.
