I am in reservelist in clerk 4 from tamilnadu under general category my cutoff is 64.2 . Is there any chances. When will d reserve list will come??

Guys know the fact about ibps.. previous year (clerk 4) they selected 33000 aspirants.... in that definetly there are 15000 PO selected candidates also selected for clerk also. So they not joined in clerk post. now it clearly showing  17000 vaccancies  not filled.... so ibps didn't announced 2nd list so these vacancy  remained this year  ...again same thing going to happen this year also in clerk 5??? AM I CORRECT??
