i got my name in first list ..in main list they allotted me chandigarh zone bt later i got a mail n it said my zone is changed from chandigarh to dehli n i hv to report there...same happened to anyone ?

i am from delhi region and my name is not in phase-1 list but i went to HR office delhi to confirm that my name will come in phase-2 or not and they told me that   they don't know they will release 2nd list or not
