today i went to patna zonal office and talked to the HR , following are the main points
1. charcter certificate and refree certificates are different.
2.refree certificates are also to be signed by non family members.(as i asked him specifically about it.)
3.when asked about duly attested stuff about photocopy(2nd august notification),he told to get it self attested.
4.when asked about format of charcter certificate as its not available on banks website.he said there is no specific format.
Offer letter nhi Aaya meko..
