Statutory Warning :  Overconfidence Kills!

Agar ek overconfident aspirant ke brain ko nichodkar dekhe to itna disqualify karne wala tar niklega jo use cutoff se neeche, boht neeche rakhne ke liye kaafi hai!

The following happen between 2 PM and 3 PM. Events occur in real time!

Around the start of exam I was overconfident having scored 15 marks above cutoff in SBI Pre and 143 attempts in SBI Mains.

Started with English. I couldn't solve anything for 2 minutes, changing questions. I went to Parajumbles ( I had never left or done any mistake ever in Parajumbles). Wasted another 5 minutes. Couldn't solve. Then I found out the first sentence in the sequence and marked it. At least khaata khula. I could attempt 19 questions with timer at 45:00

Reasoning: I was in full acceleration mode and tried to solve it fast. As expected, started doing silly mistakes, cursing myself for the stupidity. Finally, 16 attempts. Timer at 27:00

Quant: I wanted to do just the DI, Series, Quadratic and Simplification. But again a lot of silly mistakes like 4x4 = 24. Then I started doing everything on paper, even 12x16 in class 4th style. Attempted 22. Timer at 9:00

So, I went for the North South puzzle. Although, 10 people had to be seated, I had made 12 seats on my rough sheet. It took a few minutes to realize. Thank god, I was able to solve it finally. Timer had already turned red so I randomly browsed through few questions like a helpless animal. I saw that I had marked X less than equal to Y, though I knew answer was X less than Y. I changed it but could not click Save & Next in time. I don't know how many such mistakes have I done.

Though I attempted 62, all I could think of is my PrepLadder mock where I scored 30.25 with 63 attempts.

Day 3 attempts please

  • 56-60
  • 51-55
  • 46-50
  • 40-45
  • less than 40
