Do i need to cover CIRCULAR MOTION in tsd?

Dear all, my english is too weak but want to score 15-20 marks in exam. Every one suggests to read a newspaper (especially the hindu or the indian express) daily to improve it. Is "the times of india" is not sufficient (or bad) because the hindu and indian express is not available here. Lastly how to increase vocabulary from newspaper it should be noted on a dairy or by some other way....because i am very poor in vocabulary..plz plz help guys
