Computer Knowledge:

Memory types:

Arranged in descending order of ease of access/speed

1. Register - Ye sabse fast hota hai and CPU ke sabse paas. Easily accesible but expensive.

2. Cache Memory - This is buffer memory. Inme temporary instructions rehte hain processing ke time pe taaki easily accesible ho.

3. Primary Memory - RAM and ROM. Ye bhi temporary hain. Inme wo info hoti hain jo CPU requires frequently and jinko CPU directly and randomly access kar sake

4. Secondary/Auxiliary Memory - Hard Disk etc. Access speed is slow. Inme wo files/data/info hote hain jinki jab zarurat ho to access kar sakte hain.

Register>Cache Memory>Primary>Secondary

Ye jo b websites cutoff 48 aur 52 bata rahi, vo na sirf logo ko suicide k prerna de rai par competition kam krne ka bhi naqaam prayas kar rahi hai.. un par 'deshdroh' ka muqadma chalaya jaega! 😂

Computer Knowledge:

Memory Types 2:

Random info:

Apart from RAM and ROM, there is a third type called Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS). It is used to store system configuration, date, time etc. BIOS matches this data during startup with peripheral devices and displays error in case of mismatch.

Sequential and Random Auxiliary Storage Devices:

Sequential: Eg- Magnetic tapes. Like the old cassettes with Side A and Side B. Data is accessed in a sequence

Random : Eg - Optical disk. Data can be accessed randomly

PS: In last post I wrote ROM as temporary. It is not. My apologies.
