LONG POST READ AT YOUR OWN RISK !!
IBPS pattern as you can expect it to be , if they follow last year which is most likely they'll follow cause they dont change their pattern much ,not every year thats for sure !!
(am posting in english so that the diversity of india can be helpful 😂)
First section to attempt is always computer, 20 marks 3minutes 30seconds at most and you've 15-16 easy marks in your hand with confidence boosted too !! for this no need to do much, take any computer capsule or injection or tablet that suits you BA is also good Gradestacksssss is also good Mahndesras is also good (am not writing proper names may be the mods will block this post so... :P) most of the things focused in this section revolves around very basic thin, input output device then database then internet few basics, function keys etc, you can score easily with average preparation !!
second should be GA, now let me tell you one thing this is 40 marks but you cannot score more than 35 and you can easily score 28-30 !! dont stretch too much for those 5 marks !! questions are now one liners in GA section, i cannot expect a question like what are the functions of rbi 1.bankrs of banks 2. foreign policy 3.lender to government and then options 1 & 2 follows 1 and 3 follows , these type of questions are not in fashion, its mostly one liner , fssai chairman? new finance secretary? these are one line questions , and max questions are frm current affairs these days, and you can expect 2-3 questions from history geography too, bank taglines there can be 1, focus on international plus banking affairs, for banking related news go to road2bank.commmmmmmmmmm (its just com)
then comes english, one lengthy paragraph with direct questions, one average with indirect questions, read the question first if they're asking direct questions or indirect, you'll coem to know whether to read it with focus or just go on and then keep track of questions later, this you've to analyse.. double fillers are easy thing, 3 options get eliminated easily, rest two, you'll find out easily if you know the basic rules of grammar plus one more thing, the words in double filelrs are not that typical.,, you should not expect nonchalantly as one of the words in double fillers, acc to my experience, parajumbles i dont know, pure luck i say, its not my cup of tea as well, plus its easy to find the first statement as well as second, so leave the rest, at least find first one, thats easy peesy !! cloze test you can expect 2 damn confusing options ...leave them dont take risk, do rest of them !!
Reasoning section !! i can assure you the first 10 questions in reasoning would be definitely puzzle questions in every set, thts the trick they play, its complete time waste, unless you're very good at it, plus look at the data carefully, if you find out complete data given and you just have to put them in pattern thats an easy piece, let me be very honest 3 variable puzzles (color, car, favorite sports) is easy, data gets put easily if you know the rules how to put it,, plus the information is too much, like instead of uing a,b,c,d they use sameer, pinky, raghav so first para that consists of nothing but shittttt, is evry lengthy and people give up on that !! one puzzle from floor arrangement is very much expected, even sbi didnt missed it so how can ibps !! third puzzle can be seating arrangement in and out, there you've to take probability draw 3-4 diagrams together one of them will fit, so there you're, if you are damn sure you cans olve only then take the risk !! coding decoding questions are always easy, whatsoever be the case, syllogs(yes everybody's fav) is going to be damn easy, you know why? because they're not asking what follows, they would be asking what definitely does not follow, its easy to finf one that does not follow, think about the confusion you use to have in how many follows? even with one confusion you leave the question !! input output will be lengthy thats for sure, and the logic would be confusing as well, do it with patience and concentration, 5 marks would be waiting after you write the steps !! now the most dfficult part of reasoning, analytical 😂 seriously this is the disaster section, you cannot be 100 percent sure, so better take calculated risk in this !!
Maths or QA or quants !! dont expect fill in the blanks DI as they asked in prelims, one profit% can be expected, one like number of employees and then percent split of female and then most of the questions related to male candidates(thats where your brain comes into play) either make all calculations before hand so it becomes a piece of cake to do questions or one by one, whatever suits you !! quadratic you can expect one difficult tricky question with very large root values and split up may be 67*13 so be cautious !! chapter questions i dont know, i dont really rely on them, CI SI, Ratio,Average they're lengthy, tricky and you should have practiced them enough that's the thumb rule !! number series are good, take the difference follow till the third step difference you'll get the idea, or else see the difference between numbers, this goes to the click, if it clicks in your mind well enough, or then follow the difference method, am sure it'll get solved, but wrong number in series is a disaster, that'll take time !!
So here's the scene, follow your strength, 3.5minutes computer 10-12 minutes GA, 25-28 min english even at hyper situation 46 min max of these sections, , i can assure you if you're well good with your speed and time, you'll go the distance, this is what maths has taught us, maintain speed and time good to complete the distance, now rest of the time divide as what suits you. if you're afraid of reasoning, do it first then maths and vice versa, so thats the end !! all the best !! anything else, feel free to comment !!
and yes, GK max August September and 15 october, even then you want more, July imp news, that's it, 22 Current affairs, 15 static banking, and 3 GK from histry or whatsover they could find !!
guys OB7 scores?
