We have often heard these terms when dealing with the concept of Inflation.
Money Wages aka Nominal Wages refer to those wages which are paid in monetary terms .eg. $750/month.
Real Wages refer to the purchasing power of Money wages. It refers to the amount of goods and services which the worker is able to purchase with his money wage.
Always remember , an increase in the money wages does not necessarily mean an increase in real wages as it depends on various factors such as general price level(inflation level),etc
