In 2013 and 2014, the question paper level was same but still the cut offs in 2014 increased by 20 marks(from 60 in 2013 to 80 in 2014) because vacancies in 2013 were around 22000 and in 2014 the vacancies were around 16000
So, apart from the question paper level , the cut offs largely depends on number of vacancies

Bhai log why cant we change this thread name as CAT and GMAT preparation...and i guess if we strictly prepare according to IBPS pattern...jindagi mein 150 k oopar kabhi nai jaayega(ofcourse 100 badi baat h :P)...seriously we have to prepare in such a way to atleast attempt any kind of difficulty level of question.

i found it tougher than the sbi po main paper bcoz there i was mentally prepared for the level of those question of all the puzzles,blood relation and all and the quants too but here i was expecting quadratic eqn,inequality,coding decoding,alien lang quesn ...what the f**k ...it pattern troubled me psychologically more than the difficulty of those question ... isse jyada attempt to maine sbi mai kiye the
