All those who have/remember their roll no of IBPS PO 2014, can you tell me the 4th and 5th digit of your roll no? Please? I need it for some kind of analysis. (Unreserved candidates only)

So I saw some people asking about probable score in interviews to get a specific bank. So I have done some research and here it is.

IBPS PO 4 UR candidates cutoff for individual banks(Final allotment).

This might clear your doubts and give you a rough idea where you stand and what marks you need in the interview to get your preferred bank. (Most importantly how you can avoid getting IDBI)

[This is cutoff for UR candidates alloted UR seats. This does not include Reserved candidates getting UR seats.]

ECGC - 63.20

EXIM - NA

BMB - 55.20

BOB - 55.20

IDBI - 59.00

PNB - 55.80

BOI - 51.40

CANARA - 51.40

DENA - 50.00

IOB - 50.40

CORPORATION - 50.60

Marks distribution was 80:20.

80 - written marks. 20 - Interview marks.

I believe these banks feature in the top 5-6 preferences of almost everyone. Now you might get an insight of which bank is in your range, atleast a rough idea.

Burning question in your head - How did I find which roll no belongs to general in the allotment list?

There was a pattern in the UR allotment list. Most candidates were having 1 and 3 as 4th and 5th digit of their roll no respectively. (this is quite visible as all roll nos are properly alligned so whenever there is an exception, symmetry is broken and it catches the eye). So I did a survey and got to know that 1 and 3 were only present in General candidates' roll nos as 4th and 5th digit respectively. So this is just a hit'n'trial method and I havent found any exceptions yet.

This may help you strategize your preparation once result is out and cutoff is declared. I was kinda free today so made this list.

problem ye hai ki IBPS ki pr krne wale student ki life me koi prob na ho to ye IBPS ki sabse badi problem hai.

Basicaly har student ki life me ek time aata h jab usko apni life kisi job ki jaruat hoti h..nd issi chakkar me wo IBPS ki preparation krta h..

Pre me sabko pass kr dete h..jab studnt ko lagta h ki ab to ek hi baar me sare exams clear krunga to usko tab tak fail krte hai jab tak sala ya to khud depression me na ajaye ya uske relatives usse na le aaye !!

Aur galti se aap Exam pass krke aap age badh bhi gye to IBPS wale naye naye tareeke le aate h maarne k!

Sala Banking Awareness k liye mushkil se theory rato to pta chalta hai ki question paper m sare Current Affairs hi aa gye...abey jab Current affairs hi dene the paper me to hmse itna ratwaya kyu? passing marks hi dene the tmhe..itni ghiste to nahi apni kam se kam....

Aur inn sab k baad bhi IBPS ka mann ni bharta beech beech me saala mazze lene k liye naye naye chutyape krwata rehta h..kbhi Percentile ,kbhi Normalization nd uske upar kabhi kuch kabhi kuch(zakhmo pe namak chhidakne k liye PERSONALITY TEST)

.... Aur inn sab k baad bhi sabse bada syapa Interview. !!

Sala aadhi zindagi to Exam pass krne me lag jati h aur baaki Interviews dene me!!

Galti se koi Exam clear ho jaye to interviewer maarna nhi chorta! Banking sector kyu choose ki ? Itni years ka gap kyo hai ? Jawaab do..soch kya rahe ho ??

Abey ye soch rha hu ki kis ghadi me maine IBPS ki preparation start ki ?? Computer lga lu dimag me?? I'm telling u...a happy Bank Employee is a myth !!!
