Kindly explain the increment funda in the basic salary. What does this mean - "Your basic pay will be Rs. 27,620/- p.m. in the JMG Scale I, i.e. 4 increments above the first stage of JMGS I pay-scale Rs. 23700- 980/7- 30560- 1145/2- 32850- 1310/7- 42020." Considering above numbers how will basic salary be progressing w.r.t increments? Thanks!
