bhai logo state wise cut off means samjh nahi aya...iska matlab sbi clerk ya ibps clerk ki tarah toh nahi ki kisi ek hi state se form bhar sakte han...aisa hua toh wat lag jayegi yar kyunki man uttrakhand se hun or wahan sirf ek hi rrb ha..aise man wahan sirf muskil 40 seats hoti han...aise toh yar cut off kafi bad jayega..ap log kya kahte ho..
