So I called my uncle who was a manager in Aryavrat Gramin Bank (retired last year) and he said-
1. Salary in hand for OS1 will be 35 to 36k
2.Salary in hand for OA will be 20-22k
3. Salary will be given on 27th of each month .. (atleast in aryavrat gramin bank)
4. There is no bond... only a security money of 2 lakh rs is to be deposited with the bank in the form of an FD in case of OS1 and 50k rs in case of OA. This money will be returned if a person decides to leave the job.
5. Also for those who think they can qualify in IBPS PO too they just have to inform the bank 1 month prior to leaving... only 1 month's salary has to be returned... nothing else will be lost.
6. He said RRB PO and IBPS PO salaries are nearly the same.
7. If anyone is pursuing post-graduation then also there is no problem (whether private or regular) They just have to ask for permission to give exams and thats it.
8. Mark sheets and all wont be kept by the bank... it will be returned after scrutiny....
9. With the joining letter you will be given 3 options about which district you would like to join... :)
10. Also I forgot to ask about the probation period so sorry about that...

Guyz in Sarva Haryana Gramin bank......Bond is for 2 years for both os1 and oa.....2lakh for os1 and 50k for oa.....I have seen previous pre-joining fomality notification.....2 yr for oa?? Wth
