Which technique is most efficient in SDLC and why?
My friend is telling that the marks obtained in Reas. Eng. and Quant. are not counted in merit, but only their cut off matters. Means if I score majority marks in those 3 subjects and score 20-30 in PK, and total is 125, then i will not be selected, because merit counts only for PK in selection. Please clear this doubt, is this true or false?
