yeh specialist ab doobara aana BAHUT BAHUT mushkil hain.. isme jo nikal gaya woh nikal gaya...phir koi fayda nahi
the good thing about specialist ki aapko gav mein 2-3 saal promotion ke chakkar mein nahi rahna padta...

@AnkitChoudhary1 IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) use hota hai A answer k liye. IDS is basically used for detecting intrusion in network and therefore, ans C is correct. Snort (open source) is an example of Network based IDS.

why we need IBPS?
it is becoming a high tech business.... there is no sense in conducting such exam like IBPS....

we all are missing 19 opportunities in banking sector....... if it is one exam per year then the no.of candidates want to apply will be more and more.. the difficulty will be huge in the sense of getting job for a village boundary student.. it is not such easy to get job for such a student in one chance by facing interview even he passed in written test.....

i wish and suggest please make it normal and conduct banks on their own ( each bank should conduct exam on their own interest and on their need ),and then the crowd will reduce and hope to get a job is possible..

Look, benefits of IBPS i.e. a common exam for a rural student..
1. no need to fill forms of rs. 400 19 times.. cost effective.
2. no need to commute 19 times to examination centre..
3. only 1 interview and a combined merit list..no need to go to a city for interview 19 times..
4. the same guy can be selected 19 times in banks thereby wasting 18 seats.. here a single merit list and so one can get only one post.
5. now if you are working it means possibly 19 or more leaves if exam centre is far away..and then for separate pi's..but in ibps only 1 or 2 leaves at max.
6. no chance of clashes of written exams or pi's for two or more banks..
Disadvantages-
unfortunately if you screw up written or interview, then wait for 1 year..

a little correction.. i guess there are 20 banks in ibps from this year.. :)
