Hello everyone... i have done B.tech in electronics and communication. So am eligible to apply for two posts over here in ibps but since everyone has to apply for only one post, so please guide me which one would be suitable for me?
1)I.T Officer scale-1
2)Technical officer scale-1
And whats the difference between between these two posts in terms of pay package and vacancies generally available after exam in different banks?
Suggestions invited..

in scale 2 , atleast 1 yr exp required ...so select scale 1...

@prateek987 its true in notification they have not mentioned that 60% is essential in graduation for it officer .

Dude...You don't need those heavy books....just refer to Kiran..or Tyra....

its not mentioned in ibps officially advertisement .... below 60% student can apply but later on ..every bank have their own crteria.....

I knw that mate..m just gonna do LOD 1 section in those books which is the basic level...at par with level of questions in these Bank exams !! :)

Gave it last year !...was not upto my expectations :neutral:

Confused between IT officer scale 1 and Techincal officer..but after gone through the this thread..i guess i'll apply for IT scale 1 ! :)

i am b.e. elec. & commu. i should apply for either IT OFFICER or TECHNICAL OFFICER IBPS so 2013??? also provide syllabus for tech officer....asap reply
