Exam : IT Officer Scale 2.
Attempts :
Quant : 38

Reasoning : 28

Didn't really prepare either, so aint gonna brood if I dont get in.
@shukam yes marketing paper was basically concentrated towards finance, ratios, finance formula based questions, nd btw i was checking feedbacks on fb, evrybdy seems screwd in pk..so i hope the all over cut off and highest marks for particular subject will go down.

ok.. see, all that is left now is interview.. written exam over today.. no descriptive exam..i never said there would be one..

of course there is sectional cutoff..48% marks in each section..

only overall cut off is declared after exam.. sectional cutoffs are pre decided..i.e. 48% of total marks in that section..suppose 10000 cleared sectional cutoffs, then they will pick about 4000 or a little more than that..like they did last year(subjected to estimated vacancies)..the overall marks of the candidate at 4000 rank will be the cutoff.. now the same overall marks there could be many candidates can be scored by many..hence the no of selected candidates are like 4100 something..for it officer 1, same goes for every other posts..
