hello all....i am btech (ece)......i gave the exam for the post of it officer 1 on 16th morning shift.......i had expected pk section to turn my nemeses in the exam as i don't have much knowledge of dbms,networking ,os and all but it happened otherwise as the pk section was very much doable and any computer literate could have answered 80 % questions.. ..now my question is was it a trend in other slots as well ?? and if that is the case then cutoff for pk might shoot up considerably this time.....
@TONYMBA :PK paper contained questions from accounts also like fixed cost,variable cost,gross margin,etc...have we these things in btech syllabus?
@kb2013 Hello bro , like u I am too from ECE background but I appeared for IT scale 2 , and believe me I only understood 5-7 questions, for others I was like feeling the GATE paper easy than that totally bounced man

@TONYMBA when i was doing pk section i thiught that i had wrongly entered marketing officer instead of technical officer at the time of application filling.
Friends yesterday at my exam center one of the candidate was saying that there r only 24 seats for technical officer scale I among all the categories including all 20 participating PSU's. I was in exam tension so cudnt cross question..Is it true??
@prinshu yeah many of my friends who had given the paper last year said the pk section wud contain questions from dbms,networking ,os .....but none from these paper came from these topics...
