@ImCATian@puchunI believe pehla process hi better tha..No Jhan jhat..Par Jabse IBPS bana hai..Its going haywire..No Logic sense to approach even the basic of problems..Waise whom am i to judge..Waise IT Scale II is amongst the spheres were seats r very low..Toh wajib hai ki 143 mein pass to hagaye par final call nahi aayaa..Marketing aur Agri ke theek thak seats hai..Then IT scale I.
Dude its so disheartning for a guy...banda pass hone ke baad bhi fail hai.....tragedy man...
@ImCATian isiliye toh we can be hopeful this time regarding IT officer II.. ek toh 2 saal k baad IBPS IT officers ka exam hoga... aur upar se 2011-12 me scale II ka recruitment negligible raha... means is bar vacancies expected hain... lets think in tht way, being positive!
abki baar shayad scale 2 ke liye seats badh jay.. kyunki... log nahi mil rahe inhe..
also..waise aap chahe toh yeh bhi dekhe..
agar nationalized bank mein naa ho.. yeh rural banks mein pakka niklengi IT SCALE 2 ki posts..

Arey Koi Nahi Sir..Hard Wrk is never left unrewarded..May be uske liye yeh nahi tha..Bt what he will or any one will have is his/her Hard wrk n the personal development that was inculcated in him because of it..I thnk woh hi Life mein sab se jyada Important hai..

Appreciate ur Insights..Bro...umeed par duniya kayam hai.. mera pt sirf itna hai...qualify hi utne logo ko karo ..ki last qualified bande ke pass bhi atleast 1 option ho...ye kya baat hui ki qualified do not have even interview...results ka achar dalenge kya??

yeh IBPS waale bhi ajeeb mental log hain..1:4..1:5 kya tukk hain..!make that ratio 1 :2... jiska aana hain aay...
Actually IBPS follows a tried n tested method of NCLB..NCLB is an American based programme that has the same testing Regime as that of IBPS..Marking scheme r same as that of it..

areey mai apni baat btao...starting main (end of btech final year) maine BOB ka diya trha ..my only attempt for banking..interview main nahi hua..phir infosys ka offer tha join kiya ...ab 2+ yrs...bad man nahi lag rha....isliye ye IBPS try kiya...and ya thanks for encouragement..tum jaise bando ko dekh kar lagta hai..."never give up.."...PG Rocks...!!!

yeah I do agree with you on this.. 😃 qualify hokar b interview na ho / job calls na ayein, toh bht kharaab lagta hoga I can imagine! 😃 cut-off should be kept such that the number of qualifiers should = 3 or 4 times the no. of vacancies.. 😛 I mean vacancies should be known before exam/results... I think is bar scenario kuchh different rahega.. interview common hai so.. let's c.. :)

Yeh baat toh soleh aane saach hai..SBI is the best..Hardcore..No Buttering..no hidden prospects..Pure talent..Tab hi toh SBI ne laat mar diya IBPS ko..Bolah nahi Join karunga..
